Cathy is a licensed real estate agent specializing
in the area of PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. She has been working in property
management for over twelve years. Cathy handles single family homes,
duplexes, condominiums, 4-plexes, and small apartment buildings. She
loves the work she is doing and tries hard to help owners minimize
their expenses. Her motto, rather than, "Location, Location,
Location" is more along the lines of, "Communicate, Communicate,
Communicate" with her owners, her vendors, and her tenants.
Cathy is also involved with her local Fair Oaks
Host Lions Club and is very active in her Lions District as well. She
received the District "Lion of the Year" 2000-2001. She is also
serving as District Cabinet Secretary. She is also involved with
Orange Grove School for Adults with developmental disabilities and is
on the board of the Carmichael Chamber of Commerce and a member of
NARPM.
