Geri Wells is a Realtor with the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.  This is earned with passing a year of advanced courses from management to appraisals.  Starting out in Commercial Property Management for many years, she moved on to Real Estate Sales and most recently is enjoying Residential Property Management.  She is a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors and the MLS.  Geri is experienced in real estate appraisals, sales and retail sales, having owned a bookstore.

Geri has two grown children, and Engineer in Texas and a Veterinarian Specialist in Santa Barbara.
