Helping people find their way home is the most fulfilling career one can attain. I came to North Sacramento in 2000 to raise my three children: with my lovely wife of over thirty years. I have now lived in Natomas for almost 20 years. I am familiar with all the schools, businesses, and many family friendly features that were built right in the development plans. I am devoted to my community and participate regularly in HOA meetings, local church activities, and The Sacramento Food Bank.
I could not ignore the incredible growth that was going on all around. In 2004, I decided to leave my maintenance supervisor position to pursue a life in real estate. Even while the infamous “real estate bubble” was burning, I was able to grow a lucrative property management portfolio with M&M Properties. M&M Properties is a stable full-service property management company that has been doing business in Sacramento since 1979. I am an active member of MLS, SAR, CAR & Natomas Chamber of Commerce.
After the market stabilized, I have been able to both help my clients sell their properties and jelp my renters buy their first homes through Bruce Mills Realtor, Inc. Thanks to my client’s great referrals, I have managed and sold properties from Rocklin to Woodland.
