2/9/2019 – I feel extremely fortunate to have found Jason to manage my property in Sacramento. He is extremely responsive and always follows through on everything that needs to be done. I met him when I was still doing renovations on this property that he is now managing. Even before we ever had tenants in their, he had already helped me with a few of the projects that needed to be done to get the property ready. He gave me good suggestions on what to do to get better tenants AND helped me find a few vendors for things that still needed to be done. He was very efficient and effective in finding good tenants for the place. Since I have had tenants in there, I have seen him to be a good advocate for the tenants also. For example, couple of the newer windows that were installed in this place were apparently leaking. Jason met with the window guy (even though I had hired the window guy, Jason didn’t dump that back in my lap) at the property a couple of times and made sure things got taken care of. He followed up with the tenants regularly to make sure all was taken care of properly. That’s definitely comforting as a landlord since I can see tenants wanting to stay here for a long time with such a responsive property manager. I could go on and on but suffice it to say that I have truly come to count on Jason and would send all my family and friends to him if they were looking for a 5-star Property Manager. Roseville, CA
2/1/2019 – I have owned multi-unit properties throughout northern California. I met Jason when a manager I had been working with in mid-town Sacramento failed to perform. The day I made my selection, I met with five prospective managers. I could not be happier that I chose Jason. He is incredibly hardworking, conscientious, and enterprising. He single-handedly filled a building of mine which did not have a single tenant when he took over. That is not an easy task. I’ve been happy with him that I asked him to take over another property I own, and immediately I could see I made the right decision. My property (and tenants) are in the right hands. He understands the need to wear two big hats as a manager; sales and service. Very few managers grasp that. I could not recommend him highly enough. San Francisco, CA
