Anna Matarazzo Orr moved to Sacramento from San Jose. Anna attended De Anza College where she studied Technical Writing Communications. For 16 years she worked as a Global Marketing Communication Specialist in the Semiconductor/Software industries where she was responsible for company/product messaging, website content, tradeshows/symposiums and worked with industry editors.
Anna started a new career in real estate when she moved to Sacramento. Having some property management experience during her time as a marketing specialist she joined M&M Property Services and Management in August of 2012. As a Realtor/Property Manager she has assisted many owners with selling their investment properties as well as helping them add new properties to their portfolio.
Anna enjoys cooking/baking, crafts (beading) and reading a good book. In the summertime she like to spend lazy days on their boat with family and friends.

We have owned and managed our rental properties for more than 30 years. The end of June 2015, the tenants moved out of one of our properties and left it filthy and damaged. Since we had attended your landlord seminar in 2013 and kept the packet you handed out, we called your office to get assistance to re-rent the house.
