About Jim Eitzen:
Jim Eitzen has been a professional property manager with M&M Property Services and Management since he obtained his Real Estate license from the California Bureau of Real Estate in 2010. In 2011, the California Apartment Association recognized him as a California Certified Residential Manager where he has been working with property owners and their renters, contractors and other professionals in the Greater Sacramento residential arena.
Jim’s background includes residential and commercial construction, maintenance and management of commercial facilities in the San Francisco Bay and Sacramento areas dating back to 1980. He was a partner in a residential construction company where he demonstrated skills in management and business ownership. He is currently one of the dozens of property managers associated with M&M Property Services and Management and serves in the South Sacramento/Elk Grove areas.
He and his family of four children have made Elk Grove their place of residence since 1995 where Jim and his wife still reside. Jim also enjoys volunteering where he can help others and sharpen the skills he has acquired over the years.
